Introduction

I think I could best describe what I’ve created in this book

Is a storyteller’s Bible mixed with the Encyclopedia of Insanity

My love of people watching has always led me to storytelling

I’m sure you’ll notice some of my favorite subjects

Are wild screwed up women that love to eat men alive

I’ve got stories about old people… Some full of crazy… Some wisdom

In my mind my age has earned the right to give advice and criticize

Nothing is off limits to this storyteller… Certainly not religion

Of course love is an easy subject… Whether it’s good or bad or ugly

There are several stories of people trying to find their truth

Or wondering what happened to youth as age becomes a cage

Some people wonder if my stories are segments of my life

Or just make-believe fantasies that I capture as they drift by

I’ve always been a believer that if you’re a good listener

You don’t have to experience everything you write about

You simply plagiarize an episode of one man’s life

And let the world wonder if you really took that crazy ride

I am definitely a song writers poet… Which means to me

I’m not afraid to rhyme when I’m telling a story, or not

Which in modern poetry is what they might call a poets suicide

Put those critics can all go to hell because I’m an addict to lyrics
